What Is A Home Care Package?
A Home Care Package (HCP) is a government-funded program that helps people over 65 stay independent at home. The program provides funding to cover the cost of in-home care and support services.
Home Care Packages are available in four levels, each providing a different level of support. From basic assistance with daily tasks to more intensive care, your package will be tailored to your specific needs and assessed care requirements.
